Kay Young – REALTOR®
Kay Young has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1988 and a consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career. Deeply rooted in the community, she currently serves as President of the Wawasee Property Owners Association and is a Past President of both the Kosciusko Board of Realtors and KBOR/MLS. She continues to serve as a dedicated board member of KBOR.
In 2005, Kay was honored as Realtor of the Year for Kosciusko County. Her service extends beyond real estate—she is a past board member of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation and currently serves as Chair of the Syracuse-Wawasee Trails Committee.
In recognition of her commitment to the environment, Kay received the 2010 Cattail Award from the Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation (WACF) for her outstanding environmental contributions to the Wawasee area. In 2013, she was honored as Commodore of the Wawasee Flotilla.
Kay and her husband Jim reside year-round at Pier 343 on Lake Wawasee, where they share their lakeside home with two energetic Boston Terriers.
“Having grown up spending summers on Lake Wawasee, and later raising my children here, nothing brings me more joy than helping others achieve their real estate dreams—on the water or off.”
